For my shutter project is about student(a robot) routine in Inti college. There is a different time in the design which represent different section where they go to college, and then start their class, followed by their lunchtime and the time they go home.

I did add some design that related to engineerings such as circuit board, gears vector and engineering formula.

4 features that I have learned in InDesign :

1. Flow text between frames

Which is text that doesn't fit in one area and need to continue in somewhere else. In this case, there is a red plus where place in the lower right corner it's called overset text. This plus is called outport of the text frames. To flow the text from one frame to another we need to click on the red plus and create a new frame so that the remaining text is shown in the document.

2. Create columns of text

To divide text frame into multiple columns, select Object > text frame options > change the number of columns and then to ensure the text columns is balanced select balance columns.

3. Add Hyperlinks

To add a link to text in the document using hyperlinks panel select type tool and then double click on the website text and then select Digital Publishing to switch workspaces, click on the hyperlinks and then change the URL.

4. Share an interactive document via Publish online

Before publish the document online there are 2 options which can choose either allows viewers to download the document as a PDF or hide and share and embed options in the published document.

Questionnaire :

1. Based on the presentation and work from Part 1, what aspect of your work do you feel needs improvement?

Based on the project from last semester part 1, from my infographic, it shows more about the history of hair donation and the information it's general. Therefore, to improve my infographic, I would need to add more interesting information based on my survey, for example, the number of people who donated before and people who are not ready to donate and why they are not ready to donate their hair?

2. What are your initial ideas for the outcome of your envisioned information piece*?

Some questions to help you:

a. What would you say is the ultimate purpose of your envisioned information

piece? It might help to think about why you chose your topic in the first place.

The ultimate purpose of my envisioned information piece is to find out the numbers of people who willing to donate their hair to people in need and do they know about Malaysia hair donation campaign.

b. What do you hope to achieve with the piece?

I hope people around me will know that actually in Malaysia there are lots of donors who willing to cut their hair to help people in need, and also to encourage everyone to show support for cancer patients.

c. How does the data from you research contributes to the design of the piece?

The data is based on the public experience who donated their hair and people who did not.

d. Please feel free to sketch out your initial ideas on a sketchbook.

This is my initial idea sketch.

3. What design processes excite you and why? (e.g. Silk-screening, 3D

Modelling/Printing, Printmaking, AR/VR, Coding, Woodcarving, laser cutting,

embroidery, Sculpture, Video editing, animation etc... These are just examples if you

have others that is not listed here please feel free to put it down and elaborate.)

Laser cutting, sculpture and video editing excite me because these are all the process that might help me in final project.

4. What don’t you know but need to for your project?

a. What skills might you need to develop?

I need to develop more in research and design skills.
